Transfers and arrival information
Group transfers will be provided from Sydney (Mascot) to the residential venue.
Transfer details, including the meeting point, departure time and return arrangements, will be provided to registered participants ahead of the program.
Arrival and departure
Participants are expected to arrive into Sydney in line with the transfer schedule. Arrival and departure times will be confirmed in joining instructions sent prior to the program.
What’s included
Program delivery, accommodation, meals and group transfers for the five-day residential component only are included.
Participants are responsible for their own travel to and from Sydney.
What to bring
Casual, comfortable clothing for residential sessions. Program materials will be provided.
Residential arrangements
Part 1 – Five-day residential program (Bundanoon)
Accommodation is provided at the residential venue.
Breakfast, lunch, morning tea and afternoon tea are included.
Dinner is not included.
Part 2 – Three-day follow-up (Sydney)
This component is delivered at the ACTU offices in Sydney.
Lunch, morning tea and afternoon tea are included.
Accommodation is not provided as part of the three-day residential follow-up program.
Dietary requirements
Participants will be asked to provide any dietary requirements or food allergies at a later stage as part of broader event and transport coordination.
This information will be shared confidentially with the venue.
